Who is Corie?

Hi, I am Corie Wightlin!

I am an executive functioning coach, educator, educational advocate, and mindfulness facilitator with over 20 years of experience working with youth, families, and community organizations.

My personal experiences with executive functioning challenges,  as a parent to children with executive functioning challenges, as well as my years of supporting families to navigate neurodiversity, led me to this work.  Through my years in education, I saw the strong need for parents, students, and the adults around me to have support in showing up for themselves in meaningful and compassionate ways, while also working on being mindful of their journey to reach their goals.  These experiences led me to pursue mindfulness education and coaching for folks in executive dysfunction.  I was soon able to see firsthand in my own family, and through work with my clients, that when someone can combine living in the present moment with a strong understanding of what motivates them, what is keeping them stuck, and what works specifically for them, that is when the MAGIC happens!

Through my experience, it is clear that there is no quick fix and definitely no no-size-fits-all program...and it is my pleasure to guide my clients in finding their path and their desired outcome.

Let me help you make 2024 your best year yet!

FAQ

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! My goal is to make this program an investment that anyone can access. Please email me at wightlincoachingservices@gmail.com to discuss payment options.

When will the calls take place?

Once we have our cohort established, we will find a day/time that works for everyone's schedules to ensure that everyone can be on the calls most of the time!

What if I can't make a call?

No problem! All calls will be recorded and you can watch on your own time.

What is body doubling?

Studies show that the presence of other people doing work along side others helps people in executive dysfunction stay focused and get tasks done. Each week I will offer time to do this.

What kind of work will I need to do between calls?

This will all depend on you! Each week we will focus on one area of executive function, including time management, motivation, and prioritization, and you will create a plan to implement into your life. Your work will be to implement that plan.

How do I know this program is right for me?

If you are someone who wishes for more ease and balance in your daily routines, it is for you. If you are someone who can't seem to finish tasks or even start them, it is for you. If you struggle with boundary setting and are overwhelmed, this is for you.  If you are someone who can't seem to stay organized, this is for you!

What is it like working with me?

Natalie K.

Because Corie so deeply and thoroughly understands the complex neuroscience underpinnings of self-worth and self-compassion, she is able to get to break down what happens internally when our harsh inner voice starts squawking. She breaks down complicated scientific studies and makes them completely relatable and digestible.

Lindsay J.

Through her thoughtful questions, we seamlessly uncovered challenges that have been lying deep beneath the surface. Guiding me through ways to show myself grace and self-compassion, Corie helped me experience a complete breakthrough...in under an hour! The resources she provided following our session have helped me become self-aware and reframe unhelpful thought cycles that have often led me to overwhelm, procrastination, and avoidance.

Brad f.

Working with Corie for the last three months has caused a monumental shift in all aspects of my life. Her insightful coaching, her unrelenting loving support and creativity have helped me deepen relationships, cultivate self love and mindfulness.

Come join me and this cohort.

Don't let another year go by feeling overwhelmed, behind, and shameful.

Let's make some magic together!
